Cultivating Talent. One Hour at a Time.
Over the past year, I’ve connected with hundreds of professionals through my free 1-hour mentorship program. These conversations have been inspiring, humbling—and a reminder that leadership isn’t just about running a company. It’s about supporting the people around us. Despite running a company of one, I am deeply committed to cultivating talent, fostering connections, and helping others navigate the challenges of their careers. This mentorship program is one way I lead—not just for the work Parlance delivers, but for the broader network of founders, creatives, and operators striving to thrive.
Who's this for?
Participants often come to these sessions for perspective, clarity, or a much needed nudge. Whether they’re founders making the leap from the familiar to the uncertain, leaders frustrated by the grind of hiring, or individuals navigating layoffs, pivots, or career uncertainty, the red thread they share is seeing value in having a judgement free hour with someone who can listen, distill and support them as they steer through whatever curve is ahead. It’s an hour to sharpen a story, refine a narrative, pressure-test a pitch, or simply be heard.
Why do this?
I’ve been on both sides of the table—uncertain, stuck, and incredibly lucky to have people show up for me when I needed it most. This program is my way of paying it forward; providing a bit of clarity, action, and maybe even a little inspiration to those navigating the messy, uncertain, and high-stakes moments of their careers. For me, this program is a karmic exercise; a way to repay the generosity I’ve received in my own career. It’s proof that even as a solo entrepreneur, leadership doesn’t require a large team or big infrastructure. It requires showing up in a moment of need.
